It’s hard to believe that The Labor Connection has been in business for six years! It seems natural to reflect on how we got here, and what our vision is for the future.

Between us, Joel and I have more than 30 years of experience in the event industry. Before we started The Labor Connection, we spent years building our knowledge and experience of this work, forming and nurturing relationships, and cultivating our reputations for honesty and integrity. We used that knowledge, those relationships, and our reputations to lay the foundation for the work that The Labor Connection is doing today. Today, just like on day one, we distinguish ourselves by being the hands-on labor partners clients can trust. 

Our goal for the future is to keep building a company that we’re proud of. We want to do excellent work: our own work, and through the union labor tradespeople we hire, so slow and steady growth with the right people and the right focus is critical. 

We’ll be using this space to share ideas and offer insight and advice about the industry.
